We all want a fountain of youth, but did you know staying young may be easier than you think? Here are some nuggets worth remembering on the subject....

"Tried everything twice. Loved it both times!"
…also some mistakes are too much fun to make only once!
(except past bad relationships..when it is over, it is over!)
(Keep this in mind if you are one of those grouches!)
Never let the brain get idle. ‘An idle mind is the devil's workshop.'
And the devil's name is Alzheimer's!
the cheek. Pizza, Popcorn, Walks in the Park, Downpours,
Cats & Dogs!
And if you have a friend who makes you laugh, spend lots and lots of time with HIM/HER and never let them out of your life.
Laughter is often the precursor of Joy!
The only person who is with us our entire life, is ourselves.
We are the Masters of our feelings and therefore are destinies.
Pain is part of life. LIVE while you are alive.
If it is unstable, improve it.
If it is beyond what you can improve, get help.
to a foreign country, but NOT to where the guilt is.
Guilt leads to doubt and doubt to defeat and defeat to apathy.
And apathy is the opposite of love.
Bonus: it is even better saying it while hugging that person!
Holding a grudge is like picking up a hot coal and throwing at the person who hurt you hoping they get hurt.
And if you don't send this to at least 4 people - who cares?
But do share this with someone.
Remember! Lost time can never be found.
Be kinder than necessary, for everyone you meet is fighting some kind of battle.
Oh…and by the way…wine does not make you FAT ...
- it makes you LEAN ....
(Against tables, chairs, walls and ugly people.)

1. Try everything twice.
On one woman's tombstone she said she wanted this epitaph:"Tried everything twice. Loved it both times!"
…also some mistakes are too much fun to make only once!
(except past bad relationships..when it is over, it is over!)
2. Keep only cheerful friends.
The grouches pull you down. Get rid of them!(Keep this in mind if you are one of those grouches!)
3. Keep learning:
Learn more about the computer, crafts, gardening, whatever...Never let the brain get idle. ‘An idle mind is the devil's workshop.'

Like a glass of wine, the sun rise / set, holding hands, a kiss onthe cheek. Pizza, Popcorn, Walks in the Park, Downpours,
Cats & Dogs!
